Twenty years of hands-on skin and laser expertise, brought to Northern Virginia. Personalized care, honest guidance, and results you can trust.
Nuha's path in aesthetics began on the Oregon coast, where she helped establish and run some of the region's first dedicated medical spas. She trained at the Aesthetic Institute in Portland and has held active licenses in Oregon, Washington, and Virginia ever since.
Today she practices at Bluemont Plastic Surgery in Fairfax, working with clients across Northern Virginia — Fairfax, Vienna, Falls Church, and Arlington — on skin concerns ranging from acne scarring and rosacea to melasma and early signs of aging. Her approach stays the same regardless of the treatment: listen first, customize always, and never chase change for its own sake.
Every service starts with a conversation about what you actually want to see change, and what you'd rather just soften over time.

Targeted care for acne scarring and uneven texture, built around your skin's history.
Non-surgical firming for face and body, for clients who want a subtler kind of change.
"People always ask me why I became a medical aesthetician. The answer is simple — I love helping people feel confident in their own skin. It's never been about changing someone's face; it's about enhancing their natural beauty."— Nuha Handoush
Meticulous and considerate from start to finish — my RF microneedling and Laser Genesis sessions left my pores visibly smaller and my tone more even.
Nuha took real time to walk through every option before treating a scar above my lip. The care and attention showed in the results.
After a couple of microneedling sessions, my skin looks and feels healthier than it has in years — and the process itself felt relaxing, not clinical.
